Is AOTC hard to get on your own?

It's very achievable with a steady guild, but the final Heroic boss is a real skill and coordination check. Pugs (random groups) often wipe for hours because one or two players miss a mechanic. If you don't raid regularly or your schedule is tight, organizing 20 reliable people before the tier ends is the hard part, not your individual play.

How long does an AOTC carry take?

Most last-boss AOTC runs wrap in about 1-2 hours once the group forms. If you want the full Heroic raid cleared for extra loot and gear, expect a longer session. The bigger clock is the season deadline: once the next tier launches, AOTC becomes permanently unavailable, so earlier in a patch is calmer and cheaper than the final rush.

Does AOTC give a mount or title?

No title and no mount: Ahead of the Curve is a Feat of Strength achievement you can only earn while the tier is current. Raid mounts come from elsewhere, such as Mythic Ula'tek this season. You also earn bragging rights and a clear sign to guilds and Mythic groups that you've cleared endgame Heroic. After the tier ends, the achievement can't be earned anymore.
