Can you still get the gold Brutosaur for 5 million gold?
No. The Mighty Caravan Brutosaur was sold by Talutu in Vol'dun for 5,000,000 gold, but Blizzard removed it from the vendor at the close of Battle for Azeroth. If you didn't grab it before the cutoff, that specific mount is unobtainable now.
